Recommended. We got the hot water and solar done via here. You want a longstanding company with deep professional experience. They use the best quality, no regrets making this decision.
Note though that we had it inspected on 8 October and they eventually notified Citipower on 1 December, and the comms process in this period has been surprisingly poor. When we may ever become grid connected is indeed a mystery, but progress continues.

EnviroGroup went out of their way to ensure that we got the best out of such a limited roof area on an inner-city extension. They were on time, hard-working and very efficient. They co-ordinated the cable fit out with the builders very successfully and then returned as soon as the build had finished to complete the installation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and I have already been doing so.

I am so grateful to EnviroGroup for their honesty and professionalism. After roof plumbers tried to shift the blame onto my solar panels (installed perfectly 6–7 years ago with zero issues), I called Justin at EnviroGroup. He immediately listened, understood the situation, and arranged for Phil to inspect the panels.

Phil was an absolute gentleman—thorough, respectful, and clear. He confirmed that the issue had nothing to do with the solar panels but was entirely due to the roof plumbers not completing their work properly. This gave me so much peace of mind when the insurance company stepped in and tried to use their own contractors. I stood firm and insisted only EnviroGroup would handle the removal and reinstallation of my panels, because I know I can trust them to do it right.

Justin and Phil went above and beyond, showing what true customer care looks like. I can’t thank them enough. EnviroGroup is a company that stands by their customers, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. Definitely a five-star team!

Came on time to check and clean 15+ years old panels, the panels had lichen on them. They explained why they used that method of cleaning to get the lichen off. Checked everything connected to the panels. I thought they might try and try to sell me new panels, but they told me the panels were excellent and could last several more years. I thoroughly recommend them.
